This course summarizes the causes that lead to the subprime mortgage crisis and address the reforms included in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act which was signed in to law on July 21, 2010. The emphasis of this course is how the Act impacts real estate and lending as it applies to today's business.
