Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) is the largest trade association in Arizona, representing more than 40,000+ Arizona REALTORS® subscribing to the strict Code of Ethics outlined by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR). In addition to providing a number of benefits and services, AAR is dedicated to the protection of private property rights and best interests of Arizona REALTORS® in legislation and strives to provide the best – most current – legal information and education available.
Members are active real estate licensees which includes professionals from all areas of real estate – residential, commercial, property management, land, appraisal, relocation and more. AAR’s membership is made up of licensees from Arizona’s 20 local associations, that are also members of NAR.

Community Involvement & Assistance
Legal Assistance Fund
The Association has a Special Operating/Legal Reserve that can be accessed by local associations and REALTORS® wishing financial assistance. Requests are initiated primarily through local associations where applicable with a recommendation to AAR from the local association.
Disaster Assistance Foundation
AAR identified a need to establish a fund to collect and distribute tax deductible donations from members and the general public to be used to assist those who have suffered from a personal or natural disaster.
Arizona REALTORS® Foundation for Housing and Community Outreach
The foundation’s mission is to raise and receive funds on behalf of local AAR associations and to provide charitable support to Arizona communities in establishing housing projects.

REALTORS® Excelling in Association Leadership (REAL) – Learn the basics of volunteer leadership with this no-cost, self-guided online course that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through REALTOR® University.
REALTOR® Leadership Program (RLP) – The REALTOR® Leadership Program is designed to produce the skills and knowledge necessary in REALTOR® leaders to lead local and state associations. The course is broken into three parts which combine online and in-person learning at NAR national meetings or hosted at your association.
Leadership Academy – The NAR Leadership Academy identifies, inspires, and mentors emerging leaders from the local and state level. Participants complete a nine-month training program designed to develop institutional knowledge and leadership skills.
