ARMLS and TransactionDesk have worked together to add the ability to populate listing information into the Profile Sheets for each property type.

Once a listing has been added to ARMLS Flexmls and assigned a listing number, the user will now be able to import the majority of listing information into the Profile Sheets on the ARMLS library hosted on the TransactionDesk platform.

After this change is launched (September 14, 2021), users will be able to select the desired Profile Sheet in TransactionDesk then use the “Import Listing” function to assist with filling out the document. This enhancement will reduce the time spent on manually filling out the Profile Sheet.

Step by Step – Import Listing Data into Input Form

The Input Forms are available for use in TransactionDesk for each property type. Listing Data can only be imported into the input form if the listing has been activated in the ARMLS system.

The forms which can be populated with MLS listing data are listed below:

  • Residential Data Input Form
  • Residential Rental Data Input Form
  • Land and Lots Data Input Form
  • Commercial Industry Sale Data Input Form
  • Commercial Industry Lease Data Input Form
  • Multiple Dwellings Data Input Form
  • Business Opportunity Data Input Form

From the TransactionDesk dashboard, you can access the forms by Creating a New Transaction or by clicking Go to Forms to create a new standalone form.
