The 2024 leadership terms begins on December 1, 2023.

President – Shelley Ostrowski

Shelley has been in real estate for 24 years. She is the Designated Broker for Realty One Group Gateway, and she specializes in residential resale, REO and Military Relocation. She has received her GRI, rCRMS and C2EX designations.

She serves on her local association Board of Directors and teaches orientation to the new agents. Shelley has also served on the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Legislative and Political Affairs Committee as Chairperson, and as a member of the Professional Standards committee. In 2018 she received the Arthur G. Crozier Distinguished Service Award from the Arizona REALTORS®. For the National Association of REALTORS® she serves on the RAPAC Participation Council.  

Shelley has been a Wish Granter for Make A Wish AZ since 2005 and has granted over 100 wishes. In 2018 she received the Volunteer of the Year award from Make A Wish. She also serves her church by teaching CCD classes on Saturday and serving Eucharistic Ministry to hospital patients once a week. She was awarded the STAR award from President D. Patrick Lewis of the Arizona REALTORS® in 2018 for her service to her community and real estate. In her spare time Shelley enjoys spending time with her 5 kids and 11 grandchildren; reading; fishing and playing Pokeman. She is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan, and her shelter rescue dogs, KC and Chief have her heart.

President-elect – Sindy Ready

Born and raised in Montana, Sindy moved to Arizona as a teen and graduated from Arizona State University. Prior to real estate, she worked as a resort management professional and hotel corporate director of sales and marketing. Married to her Husband and Partner, Brian Ready for 35 years.

In the Real Estate Business for over 25 years, she is a second-generation REALTOR® and Women’s Council Member and is serving our industry Locally, Statewide, and Nationally. With RE/MAX Excalibur for over 20 years, Sindy is an Associate Broker and leader of the Ready Callaghan Team in The Valley of the Sun Market of Scottsdale/Phoenix and the Surrounding areas.

In our Association world, Sindy has served as the Scottsdale Area Association President in 2020 (The year of ZOOM!), on the National level as the 2015 National President of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and served on many local, National, and Arizona State Committees. Sindy is honored to serve as the Arizona state Treasurer in 2022. Teaching real estate and leadership nationally is her passion, Sindy believes that everyone needs to get involved in their community and industry! She sells real estate every day…and is honored to serve!

First Vice President – Mandy Neat

Mandy Neat is as past president of the West & Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley. She also serves on committees and as a board of director for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She started her real estate career of service in 2003 as a real estate brokerage receptionist.  She obtained her license in 2004 and has continued to serve her community as an advocate for home ownership as well as assisting other professionals succeed.  She truly believes in her value statement of “Making YOU Matter!!”  As a current managing broker of Realty ONE Group, she puts her agents’ needs and their clients first daily. She is excited to bring us all together as professionals since that is how we succeed.

Treasurer – Shane Cook

I am currently a Realtor, Investor and Business owner. I am currently working with buyers and sellers in the Phoenix metro area including; Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek, Higley, San Tan Valley, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction and more. From 1998 to present day, I have been involved in many different aspects of the real estate and lending industry. I have participated in over $250 million in real estate transactions as the buyer or the direct lender through my ownership and participation in various partnerships.

I have been involved in every aspect of the distressed residential real estate process from research and acquisitions, to repairs and maintenance, to negotiation and marketing for sale, to property management. On the lending side I have participated in raising private capital, working with commercial banks to secure additional capital, loan origination, underwriting, foreclosing, to playing the asset manager and liquidation role as the markets changed. I have bought property directly from foreclosure auctions, private auctions, banks REO’s, private individuals, other investors, and most recently Short Sales.

I have been involved in the take over of a property acquisition, repair and resale company from losing over $250,000 to profitability, the start-up and expansion of a 6 state property wholesaler and hard money lender, and acquisition and refurbishing of a condominium project ($34 million).

Region 1 Vice President – Gunner Mitchell

I am honored to be an Arizona REALTOR® and help serve both my region and REALTORS® from across the state in any way I can.

Being a 3rd generation realtor behind my grandfather and mother before me, real estate has provided for myself and my family giving me so much already. I love the opportunity to give back to the industry and to the wonderful people I have been grateful to meet along the way. REALTORS® are the ones who show up and give back to each of their communities, so if I can show up for the people who are showing up within their communities, I count that as a wonderful way to help everyone within Arizona.

Region 2 Vice President – M. Teresa Rubio-Acuna

M. Teresa has been a REALTOR^® for more than 17 years, specializing in residential property, and is a full-time REALTOR^® with Full House Realty of Arizona.

M. Teresa has been an active voice in the REALTOR^® community since 2004. At the state level, she has served as a Director for the Arizona Association Of REALTORS^® since 2009 and currently sits on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

At the national level, she serves as a Director with the National Association of REALTORS^® and is on the Leading Edge Advisory Board. 

At the local level, M. Teresa served as the 2019 President of WeMAR and was on the merging team, which created the now WeSERV. She was awarded the honor of WeMAR’s REALTOR^® of the Year in 2015 and served four years on WeMAR C.A.R.E.S committee before joining as a director on the board in 2009. Also active, with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at WeSERV. She has received her GRI, AHWD as well as C2EX designations.

Region 3 Vice President – Jesi Orona

Jesi was born and raised the White Mountains of Arizona. She moved to Scottsdale, Arizona for a short time for college, but missed having four seasons and the feel for a small town. Growing up in a small town, everyone knows everyone, she believes this is great for networking and getting you, the very best service. She wanted to raise her family in the White Mountains because of the small town experiences that you can not get in the city. Her children will be able to learn to be humble, be their own person and trust one another. The White Mountains is her home, she would love to help make it yours as well.

Region 4 Vice President – Louis McCall

Louis A. McCall II is an experienced REALTOR^® who relocated from Atlanta to Scottsdale, Arizona to continue his successful real estate career. Louis offers his clients a solid reputation while establishing trust and providing valued services in the purchase, sales, and construction of properties in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley, Arizona.

An award-winning promotions manager in the record industry at a young age, Louis exhibited an in-depth understanding and unique skill in client service and marketing. After 7 years in the entertainment field, Louis decided to pursue real estate. He began his new career selling custom homes at a prestigious subdivision in the Atlanta suburbs.

Louis also has experience in the residential sector of a “green”, mixed-use development, overseeing sales of mid-rise luxury condominiums in the Buckhead district of Atlanta.

Experienced in providing a turnkey solution for clients interested in purchasing their next home, Louis distinguishes himself as a capable and personable REALTOR^® who inspires confidence based on his diligent approach. He is now a Certified Negotiation Expert.

As an active leader in the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, Louis sat on various committees and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Leadership Academy XVI. Louis currently acts as sitting board director for the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS^® as well as the Arizona Association of REALTORS^®. In his rare spare time, Louis enjoys cooking, music, photography, graphic arts, and kickboxing. Charity is also a large part of Louis’s life as he is a member of the Phoenix Suns Chartities 88, the largest family services charity in the Valley. Susan been a REALTOR® for 21 years specializing in residential real estate in the Green Valley

and Sahuarita areas. As a Green Valley specialist, Susan uses her extensive marketing experience to promote her clients’ homes for sale and her local knowledge to find the right property for those moving to our corner of Southern Arizona. She was named 2019 REALTOR® of the Year!
