This course will review residential property maintenance issues impacting residential rentals and distinguish between landlord, property manager, and tenant responsibilities and obligations according to the Landlord-Tenant Act and Residential Lease Agreement.
With maintenance issues being the most communal problem plaguing most tenants, the first step to managing expectations up front and then handling such complaints quickly and smoothly should be the setting up of an effective complaint resolution system.
