Arizona REALTORS® has Forms Licensing Agreements with TransactionDesk, zipForm®, dotLoop, DocuSign, Skyslope, Brokermint, Jointly, and Propy. The Propy agreement will expire on November 27^th, 2023 as they have chosen not to renew their licensing agreement.

These companies offer state association forms which may also include local REALTOR® association forms, and MLS forms via subscription. Arizona REALTORS® provides the TransactionDesk forms platform to our members for free as part of their member benefits.

TransactionDesk can be accessed via the Arizona REALTORS® website. And for the sake of convenience, all Arizona REALTORS® can quickly access the forms provider(s) they utilize via the Association’s Single Sign-On dashboard.
