Whenever an Agent leaves or transfers to another office, their transactions on Transaction Desk remain with the original office. However, Transaction Desk does provide a feature that allows the Broker to transfer the Agent’s transactions back to them.

The process of transferring transactions typically depends on the policies and procedures set by the original Broker. The Broker has the authority to determine where the transactions will be assigned when an Agent leaves. The transactions can be assigned to another Agent within the office or returned to the original Agent who left.

It’s important for Agents to be aware of these policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition and proper handling of their transactions when they leave or transfer to another office. Communication with the Broker and understanding the specific arrangements regarding transaction transfers is recommended in these situations.
