This year for Fair Housing Awareness Month, the Arizona REALTORS® Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee is asking Arizona’s brokers to participate in a friendly Broker vs. Broker Fairhaven Challenge!

Fairhaven was created in 2020 by NAR to help REALTORS® better understand fair housing laws and practices. Currently, less than 2% of Arizona’s REALTORS® have completed this important training.

As REALTORS® we have a responsibility to ensure that our clients receive fair and equal treatment in the housing market. We believe that this challenge will not only promote awareness of the importance of fair housing but will also encourage REALTORS® to create a more just and equitable housing market. It will take less that one hour of your time to complete – and you might learn something that saves you from risk.

Brokerages with the highest Fairhaven Certification completion percentage by May 1, 2023 will be recognized on the association’s social media sites and in an upcoming issue of The Voice.
