Each year around this time the AZ Department of Real Estate gets calls asking about the deadline to complete their Code of Ethics training.

While there is no such mandate from ADRE, the National Association of REALTORS® requires members to complete ethics training of not less than 2 1/2 hours of instructional time within a three-year cycle.

The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. The current  cycle will end December 31, 2021.
