Which phone number do you want to show on the bottom of your forms?
Login to Transaction Desk and navigate to SETUP > PREFERENCES > USER INFORMATION.
The information that shows on the bottom of your forms pulls from here. The forms will show Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Generation, and Phone.
The system allows you to use a company phone number or a personal phone number. The number that will print on the bottom of your forms pulls from the “Phone” field.
Changes made to this field will update on your forms immediately.
