Follow These Basic Steps to Self-Navigate Through Transaction Desk
Do you want to self-navigate through Transaction Desk without taking a class or watching a webinar? Follow these basic steps to get you started!
There are 3 basic points to remember:
- Plus Sign (+)
- Menu Bubbles
- Basket

The Plus Sign (+) allows you add something new, such as a transaction, form, or contact.
The Menu Bubbles (the 3 small circles) give you options such as delete, print, or download. Menu options will vary based on the item selected. For example, forms will have different menu options than contacts.
The Basket gives you additional menu options that you may not see in your menu bubbles. The basket also allows you to perform an action on more than one item at a time. For example, if you want to email 3 forms at once or delete 4 contacts at once, add them to your basket. To add multiple items, check the large circle next to your menu bubbles. Then click your basket for your menu options.
