Need to update personal information in your Transaction Desk profile?
Login to Transaction Desk and navigate to SETUP > PREFERENCES > USER INFORMATION.
The information that shows on the bottom of your forms pulls from here. The forms will show Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Generation, and Phone.
All fields can be changed manually in your profile EXCEPT:
First Name
Last Name
Agent License ID
These fields must be updated through your Local Association. All fields in the Office Information section of Preferences also need to be updated through your local association.
