This is a special offer to members who have started their GRI journey in the last two years or a new member with 4 years or less experience to introduce or reintroduce you to the GRI program.
Understanding where you and the prospect stand with each other is the first step to a successful and lawful client relationship. Gain the confidence you need through the understanding of AGENCY. This key concept is the first element of any conversation you have with the public. You will understand the differences between single agency, limited representation, and the dangers of implied agency.
This course will focus on:
· Defining types of agency and agency disclosures as defined by law, the Commissioner’s Rules, and the NAR Code of Ethics.
· Effectively utilizing the various AAR forms and agreements to protect yourself and your clients.
· Providing a clearer understanding of what an agency relationship really is.
