- Description
Get a detailed understanding of the framework that comprises the Arizona REALTORS® Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract, as well as other related forms and addenda commonly used in conjunction with the resale contract from an attorney and REALTOR® perspective.
You will learn:
- Describe the framework or real property contracts.
- Properly execute the resale contract.
- Explain the risk associated with the various sections of the resale contract.
- Describe the function of related forms and addenda commonly used in connection with the resale contract.
- Use the provisions of the resale contract to avoid sticky situations.

(Fulfills the CONTRACT course for CRMS and rows 10 or 12 for GRI)
