You will understand the differences between single agency, limited representation, and the dangers of implied agency.

This course will focus on:  

·       Defining types of agency and agency disclosures as defined by law, the Commissioner’s Rules, and the NAR Code of Ethics.

·       Effectively utilizing the various AAR forms and agreements to protect yourself and your clients.

·       Providing a clearer understanding of what an agency relationship really is.
