Help Active-duty and Veterans Make Their Next Move
Among recent homebuyers (or someone within their home), 16 percent were veterans, and two percent were active-duty service members. If you are a REALTOR®, earning the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is the best way to be successful in helping those who serve our country.
You will learn about:
· Requirements for VA financing, loan limits, and Basic Housing Allowance.
· Available housing options, quick relocation scenarios, and when to rent, sell, or buy.
· Relocation processes, procedures, and timetables for active-duty buyers and sellers.
