Description

The key to competitive home pricing is proficiency in comparative market analyses (CMAs). In this class, you will learn how to evaluate the existing real estate market to take the guesswork out of pricing homes.

As the core requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, this course will enable you to:

  • Determine the market-based value range of a home
  • Choose the most appropriate comparables for a property
  • Compile a CMA report for proper presentation
  • Collaborate with appraisers

Technical Needs/Prerequisites:

Platform:  Zoom

  • Students CANNOT share computer devices. Every student must use their own device.
  • You must be familiar with the Zoom platform tools. (polls, reactions, chat, etc.)
  • Attendance by laptop or computer only….cell phone or iPad mini is NOT permitted.
  • Sitting at a desk or table is required.
  • Driving or riding in a car is NOT permitted.
  • Your ENTIRE FACE must be visible, and we must be able to hear you at all times.

Standard activities in our classes include polls, chats, and reactions (yes (green check mark)/no (red X), and thumbs up). 100% participation in ALL activities is required to earn CE credit.
