Learn how to adapt your teaching to the virtual classroom learning environment. This class will dig into the Zoom platform tools and how to use them to ensure an effective learning environment and experience for the student through discussion, demonstration, and peer sharing.
This Workshop Will Help Instructors:
- Identify the key elements for an effective virtual classroom environment
- Identify needed prep work converting material in-classroom to virtual classroom presentation
- Identify tools and options to introduce student to platform/environment
- Develop knowledge of and use of Zoom platform tools that can be used to engage students
- Identify what is effective engagement and what is not
- Identify ways to manage students during activities

Laura was formerly director of education at the Scottsdale REALTORS®, curriculum specialist and trainer at Arizona REALTORS® and director of professional development for HomeSmart. She is a broker and has been a REALTOR® since 1976. Prior to joining HomeSmart, she was with Realty Executives Relocation & Referral Services for 15 years in an executive position.
