Tim Beaubien has joined the Arizona REALTORS® as the new REALTOR® Party Director for the government affairs department. As the title suggests he will be the main point of contact on most duties involving the REALTOR® Party, RAPAC, and Issues Mobilization moving forward, such as fundraising, investments, grants, campaigns, events, and much more.

Tim joins the Arizona REALTORS® from the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® as their Government Affairs Director. His local Association knowledge with help the Arizona REALTORS® be a resource for our local associations statewide as they work to achieve RAPAC fundraising goals, maximize REALTOR® Party resources, and run successful advocacy campaigns.

As a University of Arizona graduate Tim is excited to be back in the state of Arizona and plant roots in the state capitol of Phoenix with his fiancée, Ricki. They are excited to explore local hiking trails and restaurants, cheering on the Arizona sports teams in person, and everything else the state has to offer.

As the calendar has turned to March and spring is on the horizon, it is that time of year again for our annual RAPAC Silent Auction. This is a great way to help support RAPAC and our REALTOR® Party goals by investing and receiving a great item or raffle tickets in return.
