To determine how or who will train your independent contractors and employees:

  • Will you offer in-house training and if so, how often and what kind?
  • Will you schedule regular office meetings?
  • Will you offer a reimbursement program for agents’ training?
  • Have you included information about training expectations in your office policy manual?
  • How will you communicate with your agents — print, digital, intranet and how often?
