The AAR Leadership Training Academy is designed to train and develop incoming leaders (2016 local association presidents-elect and AAR officers ONLY) The 4 module program starts in October 2015 and runs through February 2016. This program is open to all local association 2016 presidents-elect ONLY and attendance in all 4 modules is REQUIRED! Where To Stay??? AAR has secured room rates for all 4 modules.
