TransactionDesk + zipForm Are Merging: Meet Lone Wolf Transact
A New Era in Real Estate Transactions:
Lone Wolf Transact is launching soon for all Arizona REALTOR® members. This exciting new product will bring TransactionDesk and zipForm together into a single, robust platform.
Important reminder: TransactionDesk is an AAR member benefit and Transact will be too. You’ll continue to have access to a powerful transaction tool at no additional cost.
A Smooth and Supported Transition:
We know change can feel overwhelming, but rest assured, you’ll have plenty of time, training, and support to make this transition simple and stress-free.
- TransactionDesk will remain available for one year, giving you the flexibility to explore Transact at your own pace. If you have an independent zipForm subscription, it will also remain accessible for one year.
- Access step-by-step guidance, live training sessions, and on-demand resources every step of the way.

- Auto-transfer client data from your CRM

Q. When will I get access to Transact?
A. Transact will be available on October 15th in your existing TransactionDesk/zipForm account.
Q. Will I still have access to TransactionDesk?
A. Yes. You’ll have a whole year to migrate to Transact before TransactionDesk is retired. And if you independently subscribe to zipForm, that too will remain available for a period of one year.
Q. Do I need to do anything?
A. No action is needed. Transact will be available in your Lone Wolf account, and you can continue using TransactionDesk as an Arizona REALTORS® member benefit during the transition.
