Arizona REALTORS® recently wrapped up its annual Leadership Conference, Connecting Leaders Together to appoint 2021 state and regional association officers and recognize members for outstanding leadership, community contributions and professional achievements.

Kicking off with June Cline where she talked about ROI on LOL.

Following June was Brian Copeland and his observations on where the industry is going and how leaders can be ahead of the curve.

Evan Fuchs spoke on leadership, sales, strategic planning, and team-building to start the second day before 2021 Arizona REALTORS President Jan Leighton shared her priorities for the upcoming year.

After being honored for her own service, 2020 President Mary Roberts presented Excellence in Education Award to Many Neat, and the Community Outreach Awards to Dawn Marie Rapaport as well as the West and SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley.

Day three began with special guest and former NBA star Walter Bond spoke about building chemistry to create high-performing teams.

Following Walter, NAR 2021 Frist Vice President Kenny Parcell, gave his perspective on leadership philosophies and key components for leading a successful year.

Wrapping up an energizing day, Sindy Ready lead a creative session on running an effective meeting.

Arizona REALTORS® presented the 2020 Distinguished Service Award to Lori Doerfler of Realty One Group Mountain Desert.

This award recognizes a member who has tirelessly provided meaningful service to the association while having a positive impact on association members. Doerfler has served on numerous Arizona REALTORS® committees as well as its President in 2018.

The Tyler Strout Vision Award recognizes a real estate practitioner who elevates the profile of REALTORS® in the community and embodies the association’s vision of the best prepared real estate practitioner with the highest standards.

This award was given to James and Beth Adams of the Adams Team in Cottonwood.
