Every year in April and May, agents are required to renew their zipForm account by agreeing to the company’s license agreement. There is no charge for this annual renewal.

However, there is some confusion this year regarding renewals since zipForm Standard (Desktop) is no longer a member benefit. zipForm Plus (Online) continues to be a member benefit provided by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) at no additional charge to you.

zipForm Standard (Desktop) is still available as a product through zipLogix. Agents who wish to continue using zipForm Standard would be required to purchase this option. It is not a requirement to have access to the desktop version in order to use the online version.
