The Hottest Place to Be in April: #AARConv
By Nick Bastian and Paula Monthofer, GRI, e-PRO
It’s that time of year again, time for AAR’s Winter Conference. But this year, it’s been completely re-imagined, reconfigured and replaced. Join us in Tucson at the Casino Del Sol for AAR’s 2013 Spring Convention, April 7-11.
This year’s theme is: Exceeding Expectations: Real Estate Success without Rolling the Dice. A mouthful? Sure. But this theme encompasses a lot and builds on AAR President Sue Fluke’s year-long manifesto to make each transaction, each interaction and each agent better than the last. This year’s convention features renowned industry speakers and instructors from across the state that will provide agents and brokers with the real-world training on all things new, now and next.
What to Expect
This year, a full convention pass is $289 and includes lunches and dinners, along with access to:
- Designation/Certification Classes
- Continuing Education
- Technology Tips and Instructional “Power” Sessions
- Networking Activities
- Vendor Expo
If you can’t stay for the full three days, you’re also welcome to purchase a one-day pass for $99.
Make sure you’re fully caffeinated, because this schedule is full! AAR’s Spring Convention will feature opportunities for C/E, opportunities to earn a designation and more than 20 “power” sessions focused on everything from getting to know Google+ to working with luxury clients to self-defense classes.
After-hours the Casino Del Sol really heats up. This property features six award-winning restaurants, a spa and Vegas-style gambling – all perfect ways to network and build your referrals list or just make those key contacts in the industry.
