Martha is the vice president and designated broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and the 2013 winner of the Arthur G. Crozier Distinguished Service Award. Martha has served for many years on AAR’s arbitration and ethics hearing panel. She’s also served on the grievance committee, forms committee and professional standards committee.

Dane Briggs has lived in the Phoenix area for over 20 years and was a full time real estate agent from 2007-2012. He now works for Lawyers Title as a Sales Executive helping agents grow their business.
Dane has been the chairperson for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network where he helped young REALTORS® learn more about leadership roles in the real estate industry. He also has taught numerous classes on trustee sales, teaching REALTORS® the in’s and out’s of buying properties at the courthouse steps in Arizona.

Frank Dickens, ABR, CRMS, SRES
Frank is a residential and commercial real estate agent for Realty ONE Group, and served as the 2007 president of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. He was also the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® president in 2000. Frank has been in real estate for 28 years, fulfilling his high school dream of working in the real estate industry. In his commitment to Arizona real estate professionals, he owns Real Property Resources, a continuing education school dedicated to the fundamentals of real estate.
Scott M. Drucker, Esq. is general counsel to the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR). He serves as the primary legal advisor to the association. Scott oversees AAR’s Risk Management Committee, which includes professional standards administration for twenty of the state’s local REALTOR® associations, and the development of standard real estate forms.
Danette Earnest has been in the real estate industry since 1993, first working as a sales agent, moving on to become an associate broker, instructor, mentor and regional trainer, as well as an instructor for the REALTOR® Institute module 202. Danette has taught the contract and contract law to many agents over the years from beginning contract law requirement to continuing CE classes helping all agents understand the significance of writing a clean and clear offer in whatever market present.
Danette is owner of The Earnest School of Real Estate where every class is taught with the intention of the agent understanding how valuable they are in the transaction; agents are given the knowledge they need to be more confident in themselves when dealing with the public. Believing that instructors are looked up to set the example of professionalism and provide the training to bring well qualified agents into the field I work to be the best I can be daily to provide the training to help agents become influencers in their community.
Danette also writes a monthly motivational message intended to bring awareness and appreciation for things that matter most with business and personal matters.

Holly Eslinger was the 2010 president of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. Holly has 37 years of experience in the real estate industry and is the owner/broker of Exclusive Homes and Land in Scottsdale. In 2010, Holly was honored as the State REALTOR® of the Year and in 2011, received the Distinguished Service Award. At the state level, Holly serves as chair of the Legislative Committee and is a member of the Professional Development Committee. She is the founder of Broker University, which is a training vehicle for designated brokers provided by the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.
Sue Flucke, CDPE, CRB, GRI, rCRMS
Sue has been in real estate for over 20 years and is currently director/managing broker for Keller Williams Realty Professional Partners Property Management Division in Surprise, Arizona. Sue runs three offices in the Phoenix metro area; specializing in the training of property managers and agents.
John is the Chairman of the Board for The Care Fund, an Arizona foundation committed to supporting families that are faced with financial hardship due to an extended illness or injury to their child. He is also vice president of business development for Homeowner’s Financial Group.
Joeanne Fossland, GRI, LTG, PMN
Joeann Fossland has more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry. As chief evolution officer of Advantage Solutions Group, since 1993, Joeann has delivered workshops and one-on-one coaching to individuals and companies enabling them to increase their bottom lines while achieving life balance. Joeann has been a REALTOR® in Arizona since 1983. She has served as a director of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and Arizona Association of REALTORS®. She is a GRI instructor, an ePRO-certified workshop leader and is one of a handful of instructors for the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.

A real estate sales, technology and new media expert, his mission is to bring value added information to NAR members, brokers and associations — online and off — and their insight back to NAR.
Larry Hibler, CRB, CRMS, CRS, GRI
Since becoming licensed in 1972, Larry has been involved in nearly all aspects of the real estate business. He was the Designated Broker for RE/MAX Achievers for 15 years until it closed. He has also served in management positions of several other large real estate companies including founding, directing and teaching a new agent training program for 8 years. Larry has also taught for the Arizona School of Real Estate, Professional Institute of Real Estate, AAR and various Real Estate Associations and other schools of real state.
Larry has his GRI, CRS, CRB designations. He is also rCRMS certified. He has been President of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, as well as, the Arizona Regional MLS. He has served on Grievance and Professional Standards Committees for over 25 years and has chaired both Scottsdale and AAR Professional Standards Committees.

Jerome is the executive director and designated broker for Long Realty in Tucson, Arizona. He currently serves on both the TAR and AAR risk management committees and has been instrumental in the creation of some of Arizona’s most important real estate forms.
Nicole LaSlavic is the vice president of Government Affairs for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. As the lobbyist for the association, she represents 39,000+ REALTORS® in Arizona at the state legislature and on various committees and commissions. Nicole has been involved in several statewide and local campaigns on behalf of the REALTORS® on issues ranging from taxes to land use.

Richard V. Mack is a shareholder at Mack, Watson & Stratman, which provides the AAR Legal Hotline service. He is a State Bar of Arizona Board Certified Real Estate Specialist and AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Mack practices commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate litigation. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona and before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Trudy is a designated broker for HomeSmart — assisting over 4,200 agents with their real estate transactions. She works with both the local and statewide real estate associations and has been a member of the Professional Standards committee for the past 16 years.
Mike has been involved in property management since 1996 after joining Bennett Property Management (BPM) where he is currently the chief financial officer and office manager. Mike earned the NARPM RMP designation in 2008 and the MPM designation in 2011, and was instrumental in BPM becoming Arizona’s first CRMC recognized company.

Stacey is a veteran Arizona REALTOR® with more than 15 years experience, 11 of which an associate broker. Stacey is currently an associate broker at Keller Williams Check Realty in Northern Arizona. She is an accredited land sales specialist and has served on the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well as the Yavapai County Land Use Committee, and is a member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® professional standards committee. Bill Risser is vice president of new media and education for Chicago Title Agency in Arizona. After managing a successful branch in Gilbert for 10 years, Bill moved into his new position in March 201. Bill has presented for AAR, SEVRAR, SAAR, PAR, ARMLS and NAR. His passion is looking at social/tech tools and figuring out what real estate professionals need to do to be successful. Steve Schultz, RPM
Steve Schultz is the owner and designated broker of Blue Fox Properties in Tucson, AZ and is actively involved in the property management business every day. Blue Fox Properties specializes in the property management of single family homes, condominiums and townhomes. Steve is one of only 15 people in the state of Arizona to hold the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). He is also a landlord and real estate investor.
Jim Sexton, GRI
Jim is a broker with Realty ONE Group. He is also the current AAR President Elect. Amy Swaney got her mortgage career started at the age of 19. In 2000, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association (AMLA). Amy’s responsibility with AMLA grew over the years, and in 2006, she took the helm as president. Amy regularly speaks across the country to real estate, title and legal groups on topics from legislation, preventing mortgage fraud and regulatory changes. Today, Amy still manages her own multi-million dollar production pipeline. She is one of only 10 residential mortgage professionals in the state of Arizona with the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation and one of 1,000 nationwide.
