Secretary of State Bennett was appointed to office in 2009 by Governor Jan Brewer. Bennett began his legislative career in 1998 when he was elected to represent the residents of Legislative District 1. He served four terms in the state Senate (1999 to 2007). He also served as Senate president his final four years before being term-limited from office.

Mary Francis Coleman
Mary Frances Coleman received her Juris Doctor in 1992 from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. She began practicing Real Estate law in 1992 and focuses her legal practice on Real Estate transactional issues, foreclosure deficiencies, short sale negotiations and corporations.
