The following are the parameters within which the Key Result Groups will develop programs, products, services and activities (PPSAs).
Specific PPSA planning must be tested against the:
VISION
CRITICAL TO SERVE CUSTOMER
STRATEGIC FOCUS POINTS
The Arizona Association of REALTORS® Vision:
REALTORS®... the best prepared real estate practitioner with the highest standards.
The AAR Customer:
The Association has many customers; however, the primary customers are direct recipients of the Association’s programs, products, services and activities
- AAR’s “critical-to-serve” customer, for whom programs are designed and offered in partnership with Local REALTOR® Associations, is the member aspiring to the AAR vision.
- AAR’s ultimate beneficiary is the general public served by REALTORS®.
AAR Strategic Focus Points:
- Member professional development.
- Effective utilization of technology.
- Strong political advocacy.
- Effective research and delivery.
- Brokers as first line of service.
- Risk management.
- Strong effective communication.
- Strong support and execution.
Other Considerations:
The Association needs to be in a position to quickly adapt through a flexible structure to provide programs and take positions in response to the Vision.
The Association needs to position itself to be quick to possess and disseminate information critical to its customers.
The Association needs to understand that knowledge of the use of technology is the key to gaining the edge.
