Any on-site wastewater treatment facility (conventional septic tank or alternative system) must be inspected within six months prior to a transfer in ownership. Within 15 days after the date of ownership change, the buyer is responsible for submitting the Notice of Transfer form to the applicable governmental agency. See, A.A.C.
