John Gall, ABR, CRS, GRI, MRE, is 2008 president of
the Arizona Association of REALTORS®. John owns Arizona Land
Quest LLC, Kingman, specializing in development consulting for
projects from 30,000-home subdivisions to three million square
foot warehouse distribution centers. John also works with AAR
past President Kim Horn and her company, Arizona Homes and
Development Sales, Prescott and Kingman. As AAR president, John hopes to encourage professionalism through education and training, helping Arizona’s REALTORS® meet the challenges of the current market. He looks forward to maintaining AAR’s strong political presence throughout the industry and state. John has served the association on the state level as chairman of AAR’s Governmental KRA, Public Policy Oversight Committee and the REALTORS® Issues Mobilization Committee. On the national level, he serves as federal political coordinator for Congressman Trent Franks and will be 2008 vice chair of NAR’s Issues/Mobilization committee. John has been actively involved in his local associations, serving as president of the Lake Havasu Association of REALTORS® in 2002 and as chair of the Grievance and MLS Committees. In 2001, he was named REALTOR® of the Year. John is currently a member of the Kingman/Golden Valley Association of REALTORS®. Both John and his wife, Shanteel, volunteer their time in numerous local community service projects. John is currently involved in creating workplace housing developments in Mohave County. He has also twice-chaired Citizens for Clean Water through two hard-fought campaigns to pass and preserve the largest municipal bond issue in Arizona’s history, bringing much needed sewers to Lake Havasu City. John served as a Mohave County Planning and Zoning commissioner and chaired the 2005 General Plan Update Committee. John and Shanteel, along with their three children, Jonathan, Chase and Torrey Elizabeth, enjoy traveling and recreational/equine sports. |
