What Your Dues Dollars Deliver
Say a car—not your own—gets towed off your property. How would you like to be liable for the tow fees if the car’s owner doesn’t pay them? Twice this legislative session, AAR watchdogs helped defeat legislation that would have made that a reality. Your dues dollars are hard at work at the state Capitol! 2009 Legislative Wrap-Up from AAR CEO Tom Farley.

Have a Great Story about the First-Time Homebuyer Tax Credit?
Help AAR raise awareness about this short-term tax credit. A reporter wants to interview you and your client about how the tax credit has helped them get into their first home. If you have clients who are thrilled with their new home and tax credit, send their contact information Ron LaMee or call 602-248-7787.

TM Helps You Reduce Costs
Want to reduce costs, achieve efficiency and possibly lower your E&O insurance rates? Consider AAR’s Transaction Management (TM) by SureClose.

John Beshk, designated broker for The Beshk Group in Gilbert, says that since using SureClose, he wonders "how I ever got by without it! In the past, it would take me 40-45 minutes to set up a buyer file and initial all the pages; with SureClose, I can do this in less than 10 minutes. It’s literally saved me 5-10 hours a week. And the support is fantastic.”

AAR Volunteers Make It Happen
AAR staff would like to extend a hearty THANK YOU to all member volunteers. However you give your time—hearing professional standards cases, lobbying legislators, brainstorming educational offerings, reviewing forms, advising staff or performing other important tasks—you drive the direction of this association. We appreciate your time and your wisdom.

Join the Market Report Panel
Help provide realistic real estate market information to the media. AAR plans to release a monthly Arizona Real Estate Market Report based on real observations from one thousand REALTORS® across Arizona. Each month, panel members will be directed to an online survey asking them to rate the current market (“strong,” “stable,” “weak”) in several areas. Next, they’ll predict how the same areas will rate in six months. Lastly, they’ll answer a question about some facet of real estate. AAR will randomly select five participants each quarter who have responded two out of three months to receive a gift card. Interested? Email Ron LaMee or call 602-248-7787.

Share Top Testimonials
Have you recently completed a transaction where your client is singing your praises? We are looking for testimonials from REALTOR® clients about how happy they are with your services. We plan to make short videos and post them on social media sites to show how important you are to a successful transaction. If you have buyers or sellers who would be willing to participate, send their contact information to Ron LaMee or call 602-248-7787.
