Welcome to the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Road to Professionalism, a dynamic web resource for REALTORS® that delivers hundreds of career-building resources through websites, articles and classes.
Notice that the site has five categories: Risk Management, Communication Management, Relationship Management, Real Property Fundamentals, and Real Estate as a Business. These categories were identified and reviewed by your peers - agents and brokers at all levels of experience - as core competencies for real estate agents who choose to meet AAR's vision of "the best prepared real estate agent with the highest standards."
Whether you have been in your job 2 months or 20 years, we've designed this site with your unique needs in mind. We have identified with icons some items that may be of particular interest to brokers [B], managers [M], rookies [R] and experienced agents [E] to make it easier to find your way on this information highway. We hope these icons will start you in the right direction.
We're excited to bring this new site to you. Please be sure to click on the feedback form when you're ready to leave and let us know what you think of the site and any suggestions you have to enhance the site. We'll be updating the site constantly, so be sure to return!
