The Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) and the Arizona REALTORS® Housing
Needs Foundation (ARHNF) partnered with Fannie Mae to launch the
Housing Arizona's Workforce in 2004. This pilot program was picked up by NAR
in 2006 and is now called Home from Work. Home from Work
focuses on an Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH)
program designed to assist employers in developing an EAH
benefit to help their employees purchase a home. Through Home from Work, REALTORS® have the opportunity to participate in outreach and education efforts with local employers, develop relationships with participating lender partners who offer affordable, low-cost financing options, and help create a strong link with the community. The Home from Work Tool Kit includes a complete set of documents and presentations for REALTORS® to use when working with employers on the program.
