Kimberly Franzen joined the staff of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® in January 2009. Prior to joining the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Kimberly was an Accounting Manager with HomeSmart. The start of her career within the real estate industry began as an accounting/HR staff manager with Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc. in 2004.
 
Kimberly is originally from Colorado but has lived in Arizona for 40 years. She now resides in Cave Creek and enjoys her family of feathered friends, Kegan (African Gray Parrot), Charlotte (Malaccan Cockatoo) and 2 Parakeets, Blondie and Dagwood. When not tending to her pets, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her family and friends and keeping up with her Wizard of Oz collection. Huge fan!!

Jan Steward

Risk Management Specialist
Jan brings a wealth of experience to AAR. She is a former title company manager and escrow officer with paralegal training. As a REALTOR® and broker, Jan served the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® (NAAR) as board president, vice-president, director, MLS chair, delegate to NAR’s national convention and a member of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees. Jan was honored as REALTOR® of the Year by NAAR. She also has served on AAR’s Professional Standards Committee and a variety of ad hoc committees.

Carole Ridley

Professional Standards Administrator
Carole joined the Arizona Association of REALTORS® in 2003 and was promoted in 2007 to the position of Professional Standards Administrator. With close to 350 ethics and 130 arbitration filings since 2007, Carole has attended over 100 ethics and over 65 arbitration hearings for 21 statewide local associations of REALTORS®. Many of the disputes filed have been resolved through successful mediation and ombudsman efforts.

Carole attends NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® courses and Arizona Association of REALTORS® classes whenever possible.
