Holly Eslinger, ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, has 32 years of experience in the real estate industry and is the owner/broker of Exclusive Homes and Land in Scottsdale.
A past president of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® of the Year, Holly was active on membership, MLS, housing opportunity and grievance committees for SAAR. She is also a past president of and committee member for the Scottsdale chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

At the state level, Holly has served on the Legislative Committee and Professional Development Committee. She was the founder of AAR’s Broker University, a training vehicle for designated brokers. Holly has distinguished herself by earning several professional designations and is an advocate for continuing education and professional development.

Duane Fouts is an associate broker for HomeSmart in Phoenix. Duane serves on the AAR REALTOR® Workspace workgroup and on numerous other committees and workgroups.
A past president of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®, he also serves on the board of directors of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service and on the NAR Risk Management and Professional Standards Committees.

Holly served as president of the Sedona/Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® (SVVAR) and was twice honored as SVVAR REALTOR® of the Year.

Jack has been in the real estate business for 13 years. He has served the Green Valley/Sahuarita Association of REALTORS® in most leadership positions.
