Because I teach it, I can never learn enough about the pitfalls and those &quot;little things&quot; that can get you into trouble.  Even more, I need to be up-to-date on PM and leasing issues because I do Maricopa County Court mediations and you would not believe how many are landlord - tenant issues.  Many times an agent is just trying to be helpful and lands in court.  Or the agent did nothing wrong - but it still heads to court.  Join me!  Let&#039;s get all the help we can!]]></description>
