Because I teach it, I can never learn enough about the pitfalls and those “little things” that can get you into trouble. Even more, I need to be up-to-date on PM and leasing issues because I do Maricopa County Court mediations and you would not believe how many are landlord – tenant issues. Many times an agent is just trying to be helpful and lands in court. Or the agent did nothing wrong – but it still heads to court. Join me! Let’s get all the help we can!
